As you personally know, the passing on of a Mate, Parent, Child, Sibling, Grand Parent, Grand Child or Friend can be Devastating. You may feel unequipped to handle the firestorm of Emotions, Decisions, and Responsibilities that overwhelms you at the Loss of Your LovedOne. Even if your Grief is not debilitating, your life after Loss may not feel right.
You may have already learned that well intentioned family and friends do not understand your Grief. Even if their efforts to help are effective, their lives quickly cause them to "Move On".
Please DO NOT bear this difficult time alone.
