We are so sorry for your heartache. We are here to assist you as you try to figure out how to navigate your grief journey. Our facilitators have had diverse losses: children, spouses, parents, close friends, siblings - some from tragic incidents and other from long-term care situations. Whether you are 20 years out from your loss or 2 months - you will find support and "grief tools" that can help you. Their is good support even if you are not a person accepting the Christian Faith. Mutual respect and acceptance are alive in this group. We realize it is a big step for you to take when you find yourself in grief and you do not know anyone in the GriefShare group. Please trust us that you will be welcomed with open arms and we are hear for you. While you are encouraged to share the story of your loved one because that helps us to heal you are not pressured to share. You are welcome to just come and listen. Again we are so sorry for your loss and heartache. Our oldest son was killed at the age of 25 in a Wildland Firefighting incident when a helicopter crashed in Northern California.
