DESCRIPTION
If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, it may be hard to feel optimistic about anything. Grief Recovery, a study to guide you through grief and loss, is open to all. Each session is led by people who have experienced it themselves and includes a video seminar featuring interviews with top experts in the field, along with small group discussion.
While you are encouraged to start the seminar at the beginning of the session, you may start the group at any time during its course.
Fall 2018 Sessions: 7-9 pm @ Troy campus Mondays, Starting September 10
Children: Childcare is available for children ages birth through 5 years, located in a secure area adjacent to the adult workshop.; Cost is $3 per child, per class.
Cost: The $20 GriefShare fee includes the Mourning to Joy workbook, handouts, light snacks.
