Welcome to a safe place for you to grieve and learn how to navigate the challenging landscape of the loss of a loved one.
The grief share program will provide valuable information for your grief journey from both experts, as well as others, like you who are learning how to recover and heal from grief and loss.
Each video assisted session will provide information, and allow opportunities to discuss the topics and encourage one another.
Light snacks will be provided.
You don't have to go through this time alone.
