This support group is open to anyone who has, or is dealing with, grief caused by the death of a loved one. The 13 week GriefShare series features nationally recognized experts on grief recovery topics. Seminar sessions include “Is This Normal?” “Your Grief Journey”, “Loneliness & Sadness”, “Self-Care” and “Anger.” Please feel free to jump in at any point because each session is "self-contained." Whatever sessions you may have missed can be picked up in the next 13-week cycle.
