We will meet every Sunday at 11 a.m. -12:30 pm From April 23 - August 6, 2023.
No meetings on Mother's Day or Father's Day & July 2, 2023.
We will meet on the third floor of the ALFC building- follow the posted signs starting at the elevator.
** This is a good place to start healing your grief especially if you feel stuck in your grief! We encourage you to do your workbook and journal but no one is expected to speak or share if they don't wish to.
Cost of workbook and materials $25.00 (scholarships available) No class fees!
