Our group meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. The minute you walk through our door, you will discover how helpful it can be to surround yourself with people who are also grieving. Each persons walk with grief is different, but the grief is the same. We are there to support and encourage one another through each stage of the grieving process; not just during each session, for as long as you need as there is no "time limit" to grief.
