Welcome - we are so sorry for your loss, but we are glad you are looking into GriefShare. This is a safe, nonjudgmental place for learning about grief and healing. We are all grieving in this group and we understand the ups and downs, the agony, the guilt, the pain, the feeling of insanity. We've experienced it too.
We wanted to accommodate people who work and need an evening meeting, those who don't drive in the dark, and people who need to be cautious about group gatherings. This group meets on Zoom at 6:00p.m. We all bring our dinner, and eat while we watch the videos and discuss.
We look forward to getting to know you.
