Grief is a natural human emotion we all experience, but are seldom taught how to deal with the sorrow, denial, anger, loneliness, self isolation, and depression. Come join us on Saturday mornings to learn and find some comfort, answers, and hope. You don't have to figure this out on your own.
This is a 13 week rolling program, so you can join at anytime. If you begin at session 5, you will simply attend until you finish all the sessions. There is no registration fee, but we do ask participants to cover the $20 cost of the workbook. Once we receive your registration information, we will contact you to welcome you.
