Please join us as we begin a new session of Grief Share. Although it is best to start with Session 1, know that you can join in at any time and pick up the ones you miss next time if you want.
Each session has a video that is about 35-45 minutes, workbook for notes and helpful information to help us navigate this difficult journey of grief, time of discussion about the content of video, and workbook.
The discussion time is also for expressing as much information as you desire, your feelings, pain, or any other thoughts.
