Everyone deals with grief differently and there's no timeline or expiration involved. However, comfort can be found in listening, sharing, and participating at a level that suits you as you walk this journey. Many topics that are addressed are common to most people who are experiencing the loss of someone close to them. Sometimes realizing that you are not alone is comfort in itself. I would welcome anyone seeking healing during a time of grief.
