We are looking forward to beginning a new support group and sharing our grief journey with each other through GriefShare. Weekly videos provide expert commentary and guidance ; emotional, mental and spiritual. The workbook has exercises to help you individually examine your progress and group discussions give us the opportunity to learn from each other.
