We don't charge a fee for class meetings, but You'll Need Your Own Workbook, which is now $20. If you already have a book you don't need to buy a new one. Our group includes a private and public Facebook page, a private group text-line, and access to the videos if you miss a meeting. You can purchase the workbook at our first meeting if you need one.

This class works so well because of the people, the workbook and the videos - All working together.
Our group texts & pages are Facebook products, so you will need an active account if you want to use those features, it gives everyone the opportunity to get support for those "down times" when we're in between meetings. It's a place to share our thoughts (bad day, good day, video clips, art, music, etc.),
