I'm so proud of you for reaching out for help in this difficult time of grief. Please know that each of us leading this group have been through this journey of grief ourselves. We are here to help you walk through it and hopefully give you some skills for dealing with all the emotions that go with it. We feel it’s so important to have the support of others who know what you’re going through. I would love to talk with you if you are interested in finding out more about the group beforehand.
