Thank you for having the courage to reach out for support in your grief. It's not an easy thing to do but is definitely the first step toward better days ahead.
You will meet kind people who are also suffering from loss. It's always amazing to me to see the love and caring that you give each other in these groups. No one understands what grief does to us like others who are experiencing similar things. Healing and even some lighthearted moments come from these beautiful broken hearts.
I look forward to being there with you in this trying time of your life.
