Sherwood Oaks offers two GriefShare classes. Both meet on Wednesday, one at 1PM and the other at 6PM. Registration is the cost of the workbook. If you have lost a loved one, or know someone who has, we encourage you to attend the classes. The videos are packed full of good information and you can share with others in the class. Grief is a journey and everyone needs support and you can support others while on this journey.
