At St. Matthew, we recognize that grief upon the death of a loved one is a most painful and often lonely experience. Many people have found it helpful, when adjusting to such a deep loss, to talk about this with others who are experiencing grief as well.

There is no cost for attending, however, donations to cover the cost of materials are welcomed. Registrations is not required to attend, but it is requested to make sure we have the materials ready and the ability to spread out.

Since our group will go over the normal lunch time, you are welcome to bring a bag lunch with you. We are not able to provide meals at this time, but will have water and individually wrapped snacks available.
