Anyone who has lost a loved one, whether recently or years ago, is welcome to join us. What to expect: Nothing to fear. There will be a sign in and you will receive a participant's book - From Mourning to Joy. There will be a video and a discussion group. If we have a large turnout, we will likely break into smaller groups so that anyone who wants to contribute is able to briefly share their thoughts. While GriefShare encourages a sharing of thoughts and feelings, no one should feel pressured to do so if they are not feeling able. There will be light refreshments available. We hope that this will be a healing time for all attending.
