We know that the death of a loved one brings a unique kind of pain. Join us at Spring Baptist Church in Spring for this free, grief support group so you don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
Our weekly seminars, start with a short video followed by small-group discussion. The video features expert Christian counselors, authors, and pastors.
Participants will take home a valuable GriefShare booklet that includes:
*A note-taking outline
*Devotional materials that help people find hope in God’s Word
*Grief recovery exercises
*Journaling prompts

Each session lasts about 1 1/2 hours. You'll be welcomed by warm, caring people who understand what you are going through and who want to help. During the seminar you will:
1. Watch a 40-minute video, filled with real-life stories of people who have navigated the season of grief after their loved one’s death.
2. Hear other seminar attendees explain how they are dealing with their challenges.
3. Have the opportunity to share how grief is affecting you. (No pressure - this is optional. We want you to feel comfortable.)
