We welcome you to join our Support Group for comfort and encouragement during this difficult time in your life. We have 3 components to each weekly sessions. We watch a video which presents Grief Counselors speaking about various topics related to grief recovery. We divide into small discussion groups to talk about what we are going through and about the video. There is also a workbook that participants can take home for personal study and reflection. We will also discuss what we have read in the workbook.
We hope you will take advantage of our uplifting program. We look forward to meeting you.
At our meetings, we will be following CDC Guidelines for protection against the Coved virus, that is wearing masks and social distancing. We meet in two large rooms so there is plenty of space.
