Grief is not an easy path to walk along, nor is it one that necessarily comes to an absolute end. But is never a path we have to walk alone. We welcome you to join fellow travelers on this journey. Walking together helps us to understand what we're feeling, thinking and experiencing is not unusual or wrong and it's so much better when there is someone who understands what we're going through.

Our meetings will run on Wednesday evenings throughout November, December, January and February with short breaks for the holidays. Should there be a cancellation due to winter weather participants will be notified by email and/or a phone call. Our cancellations will generally coincide with school cancellations.
