This is a huge step in your recovery process. It might seem overwhelming, but we are all overwhelmed here. You will find encouragement and support, several warm shoulders to lean on, and acceptance in this group. We understand. We are in this together.
Our meeting is during the dinner hour, so please bring yours and eat with us.
This group meets online, via zoom. Occasionally there is a glitch with technology and members are not able to get into the meeting. That is rare but it can happen, and if it does, we have a backup plan so you don't miss any of the information.
