We will be adding a GriefShare class, in November, for any who have experienced a loss and feel the need for support and the opportunity of being with others who have also had a loss. Many times talking with others who are going through this is comforting because you find you are not the only one having the feelings or experiences you are.
This class is not for those who have lost a spouse as we have a GriefShare class for Widows and Widowers only, meeting at the same time in room 204 in the Great Room. We encourage those who have lost their spouse to join this group.
