Zoom sessions weekly for 13 weeks. You will receive access to the videos to be watched at your convivence before weekly meeting.
A weekly Zoom connection which will remain the same link if you want to save and reuse weekly.
You may come at any time you desire, the sessions are helpful no matter where you start. You can pick up the ones you miss next time if you want.
Each session has a video that is about 35-45 minutes, workbook for notes and helpful information to help us navigate this difficult journey of grief, time of discussion about the content of video, and workbook.
The discussion time is also for expressing as much information as you desire, your feelings, pain, or any other thoughts.
