We invite and encourage anyone who is grieving the loss of your spouse to consider attending a GriefShare class. The information from the excellent videos and the opportunity to be able to be part of the group discussions with other widows and widowers is so helpful and encouraging. Losing a spouse is all encompassing and as much as friends and family want to be there for you, it's almost impossible to understand what you are going through without having gone through it themselves. This is a safe environment and all discussions are kept confidential.
Please note that you are welcome to join GriefShare at any time during the 13 week class.
