After a prolonged period of not being able to meet, we are looking forward to meeting together and sharing our grief journey with each other through GriefShare. Weekly videos provide expert commentary and guidance ; emotional, mental and spiritual. The workbook has exercises to help you individually examine your progress and group discussions give us the opportunity to learn from each other.
