GriefShare is a Bible based program where participants spend time in learning to deal with the loss of loved ones - family or friends. The sessions include viewing videos that describe many things that help deal with the emotions generated by the loss and give practical suggestions for individuals to apply in their lives. There is time during the sessions for sharing as each member learns to cope with their own loss. The workbook exercises help focus on specific strategies for overcoming the intensity of grief.
