More than ever, grief is hitting us hard. With COVID-19, people have experienced death in isolation. Just when we need community and support, we find ourselves more alone than ever. Quail Lakes Baptist Church rejoices to offer GriefShare IN PERSON.
In this 13-week support group, each week you will watch a video featuring top experts on grief and recovery subjects. After viewing the video, you and the other group members will spend time as a support group, discussing together what was presented in that week’s video and sharing what is going on in your lives. During the week you will have the opportunity to use your workbook for further personal study of the grieving process and to help process emotions through journaling and prayer.
Sign up online at www.griefshare.org The workbook costs $15 and it’s shipped directly to your home! After buying the workbook, you can attend the class once or an unlimited number of times.
