Hello and welcome Everyone,
We are the first Griefshare program to be hosted by St. Katharine Drexel.
Please email me your address so Ted & I may deliver a workbook to you so you can become familiar with it.
Before each in-person gathering you will have a few preparation activities to better prepare us for our meeting.
1. Please try to be on time so watch the video of the week together.
2. Complete the workbook questions for the video of the week;
We usually meet for about an an hour.
Don't worry about participating or being put on the spot. You will find this group to be welcoming and encouraging. Just having the courage to be with us is good.
In the event that the social rules for gathering change we will make adjustments. ..social distancing, use masks, or even going to zoom meetings (Ted will be our navigator his cell is 301-639-7194).
