Please know that we are sorry for your loss and we share your grief. If you are like most you will find comfort in our GriefShare group. We have been offering this group continuously for over a decade.
You may be feeling uncertain about joining a grief group. This is not unusual at all. Most of our members tell us they were hesitant about joining a group, but the reluctance fades quickly and is replaced by the strength and comfort found in being with others who can relate.
We do meet in person, and we do not require any health precautions beyond the local standards.
We encourage you to sign-up early. Our recent classes have quickly filled, likely a result of pandemic restrictions.
