Welcome. First of all I commend you for looking into a grief support group. I know that it is difficult but it is an important step on your grief journey. You do not have to do this alone. Cape Christian will be offering in person sessions from Aug 26th to Nov 18th and online sessions from Aug 24th to Nov 16th. This page is for the in person sessions.
