GriefShare is a safe place to share your grief with others who understand, because they have experienced the loss of a loved one, too. You don't have to go through the grieving process alone.
Each week you will watch a video about different topics related to grief. After the video, you will move into a small discussion group related to your loss. There are separate groups for those who are grieving a spouse, a child, and other loved ones or friends.
You will receive a workbook to help you continue your grief work through the week.
NOTE: Our GriefShare program is designed for adults, age 18 or older.
