This group will meet on Wednesdays from 3:30- 5pm beginning on 5/12/2021. There are 13 weekly sessions in a cycle and the cycles repeat. Each session is designed to stand alone so participants may join the group at any time* and then continue in the next cycle to receive the missed sessions . Please email for more information or if you would like to join this new group. You will be welcome! We are currently meeting via Zoom due to Covid 19 precautions.
*Our current group cycle started in January and will be finished in April so rather than join that group now we advise to register for this group which starts on 5/12/21.
