These sessions are for anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one or friend. All are welcome. Unfortunately, at this time, we will be limiting class size to 10 - 12, plus facilitators. We want everyone to be safe. We strongly encourage participants to have had their COVID vaccines, this is for everyone's safety and comfort. We will still require masks when entering our building & during sessions. All this until further notice.
Please contact me via phone or email, ASAP to secure a place in the class. Our classes fill up quickly.
