Grief associated with the loss of a loved one is ongoing. We can experience the effects of grief for several years after the event. Whether you have experienced the recent death of a loved one, or one that occurred many years ago and are still experiencing the pain of that loss, you are welcome to join with us in exploring your lived grief experience in a supportive and caring environment.
