We are a support group and welcome anyone who is grieving the loss of a spouse, family member or close friend. We meet weekly in a 13 week program to see a different video, then we discuss our thoughts about what was discussed and share our journey with the other members. Each session lasts between 1.5 hours to 2 hours. A work book is used during each session and during the week. The cost of the book is $15.00.
