We welcome everyone who has had deep loss or you are the support of someone who has. The 13 weeks are pretty much stand alone, but there is a progression. If you enter mid-cycle, it is ok...just roll through the next cycle to catch the sessions you missed. There will be a nugget every week from the videos that you can take home and work on or use to help in your healing. The work book is free but priceless as you move forward in your journey through grief. Most have found the light and their joy again. You can, too.
