Hello, I'm Heather and have been a Grief Share leader since 2016 after my husband died. These video and sharing sessions (along with processing personally in the workbook between each group meeting) really help. Our grief journeys may be from recent deaths and/or from older ones we sometimes realize that we haven't worked through fully. I hope that you'll give this a try in our gentle, loving, private space.
