Grief is not a sickness or a disease, or even a mental health disorder. It is the normal, human response to a significant loss. When you lose someone special from your life you are going to grieve. Our grief is saying that we miss the person and that we’re struggling to adjust to a life without that special relationship.
Over the years GriefShare has helped numerous people who were grieving a loss of a loved one. If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, please consider attending. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to talk.
