Welcome to GriefShare. Anyone who has lost a loved one is welcome. It can be a recent loss or a loss form long ago, grief has no timeline. We will help you learn to grieve with hope while honoring your loved one. You are welcome to join at anytime, you do not have to attend all sessions or in sequence, each session is "self-contained". You will never be asked to talk unless you want to. We are here to offer a warm, caring environment, with others who understand your grief.
