Pre-registration is not necessary. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the session begins on the first evening in order that you can complete your registration.
There is no fee and you will be provided with a workbook which is yours to keep.
You may join us at any time during the 13 weeks. It is recommended that you attend at least 3 sessions.
