There has been so much loss in our community over the last few months including the festive season. Please join us for this support group especially if you think you do not need it, you do. Spend time with others and see and feel that you are not alone. That the pain and sadness you are feeling is normal. Even if you lost your loved one a long time ago the programme will help you with your journey from mourning to joy. You are not alone.
