We would like to welcome individuals and couples, for 13 weeks of learning and sharing (as much as you are comfortable).
The GriefShare course is based each week around a short introduction/update, 30-40 minutes of one video seminar and 20-30 minutes of group discussion.
You have the suggested option of reviewing the week's 3-5 page personal notebook to review and enhance the in-class time.
