What do I do now???

Are you walking through the difficult journey of grieving? Do your emotions feel out of control? Are you overwhelmed, alone, hopeless?

Grief is a natural expression of loss for a loved one. Often, friends and families want to help you, but don’t know how. That’s the reason for GriefShare.

We are a weekly support group, led by caring people who have experienced grief and have successfully rebuilt their lives. We understand how you feel because we’ve been in the same place.

You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any time during the 13 week program. Each session is “self-contained,” so you do not have to attend in sequence.

Each GriefShare meeting has three distinct elements:
1. A video seminar featuring leading grief recovery experts
2. Small group discussion about the weekly video content
3. Journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics

You will find a warm, caring environment and will come to experience our group as your “extended family” on your difficult journey through grief. We will walk with you, offering comfort and encouragement, on your long and winding path through grief toward healing and hope for the future.
