For help and encouragement after the death of a loved one, you are welcome to be a part of ESBC's GriefShare support group. GriefShare sessions run for 13 weeks. Sessions are video driven with group discussion and includes a personal workbook for journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics. You will find a warm, caring environment and will come to see this group as an "oasis" on your journey through grief.
