Welcome!
Our facilitators are warm, caring people who are so blessed to assist hurting grieving people. Some of them have experienced the same type of loss as the people attending this group.
During this fall session, we add a special one-time meeting specifically for helping people through the holidays. This can be a challenging time in your Grief.
This one-time class is called Getting through the Holidays and your facilitators will give you the exact date in the first session.
Please know that you will not be forced to speak if you’re not comfortable doing so. If you’d like to come and just sit and listen, that is more than ok.
