If you have suffered the loss of a spouse, child, sibling, parent, best friend, etc. GriefShare is for you! A grief support group in a casual, but loving atmosphere that will teach you the tools you can use to go through grief. This group is free and you will be given a workbook which is necessary for the group sessions.
