We welcome anyone that has lost a loved one. It is a safe place to process one's grief.
It is a place where you can progress at your own comfort. It includes information as well as times to share progress and thoughts. There is a workbook that is included with the lessons. It includes additional information that can be helpful. We encourage one to commit to the entire program if possible to gain the best results.
