A 13-week class for anyone who has lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, and who could use the support of people who understand the deep hurt of loss.
We will use a video format to teach principles of recovery from loss, and the remaining time will be used to encourage conversation among group members—an opportunity to hear how others have dealt with the pain of loss, and an opportunity to share one’s own life experience with others, if and when one is ready to do so. Registration fee is $15. (scholarships available)
