This class is a faith-based class that helps almost "anyone" on this painful journey of Grief. Hopefully, as we discuss and share the grief will become less painful. We are here to help you process your emotions, feelings, and the whole bundle of emotions that is grief. I can promise that you will be better if you attend the classes faithfully. We are very open to any faith group, or no faith group. The message is both for your own psyche and for your heart. I think we do that very well!!
